Life is full of lessons, and I have had more than my fair share of trauma and loss. While I could have let these experiences consume me, I instead acted with resilience, knuckled down, and got through. Here I will share more of my story of struggle, as well as the good parts that helped me persevere and remain connected. With every lesson, there was learning and growth, hope and humility, and humor and wonder.
