Having good health means taking care of physical, mental, and emotional health needs. It is an important part of living your best life forward. I have been a vegetarian for 17 years, maintain a healthy balanced diet and exercise routine, and have learned ways of coping with anxieties so that they don’t interfere with my ability to live the life I want to have.
